Fitting & Machining

Field Services
When a machine goes down on site, waiting is not an option. AEM deploys to your location with the tooling and expertise to diagnose and repair on the spot, keeping your operation moving.
Our mobile workshop carries a full complement of fitting, welding, and diagnostic equipment so we can handle the majority of jobs without needing to transport your gear back to Beeliar.
We service Perth south, the metro area, and beyond. If you need us regional, we will get there. No job site is too far when downtime is costing you money.

24-Hour Breakdown

Diesel Fitting
Heavy equipment, marine generators, standby power — if it runs on diesel, AEM services it. From routine maintenance to complete overhauls, we keep your engines reliable and efficient.
Our diesel fitting covers everything from routine servicing and filter changes through to full top-end overhauls, injector replacements, and turbocharger rebuilds.
Fuel system diagnostics, injector testing, turbo repairs, and engine tuning are all handled in-house. We work on industrial plant, marine propulsion, and generator sets across all major brands.

Hydraulic Repairs
Cylinders, hoses, pumps, valves — hydraulic systems are the muscle behind every heavy machine and when they fail, everything stops. AEM gets them running again, fast.
We carry common fittings, seals, and hose assemblies on the truck so most repairs can be completed on the first visit. No waiting days for parts when you are haemorrhaging downtime.

Pneumatic Systems
Compressors, airlines, actuators, control valves — pneumatic systems power production lines, workshops, and vessel operations. AEM keeps them pressurised and performing.
We service industrial plant, marine pneumatics, and workshop air systems. From leak detection and regulator replacement to full compressor rebuilds, no job is too small or too complex.
Need a new system? We install pneumatic circuits from scratch including pipe runs, fittings, regulators, and FRL units — sized and configured for your specific application.

Equipment & Lifting Fleet
Scissor lift, bobcat, forklift, tilt tray — AEM owns and operates its own fleet of support equipment so we arrive ready to work, not waiting on third-party hire.
Having our own gear means faster mobilisation, lower costs, and no coordination headaches. If the job needs a lift, a shift, or a load moved, we handle it in-house.
Our tilt tray handles 20-foot shipping containers and heavy plant transport. Combined with our lifting and earthmoving fleet, we provide a complete support package for any project.
